Weight loss is no joke. And for some, it’s more difficult than you can imagine. Consuming a healthy diet along with regular exercise can be more than a task. But what if we tell you that you can maximise the results without even increasing more trips to the gym or eating more healthy? Yes, there is a way.
There is a genius trick that promises to triple your weight loss results. According to a study published in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, you don’t need to expend more effort to get better results. You only have to put your mind to work and you can lose a lot more. Here’s how:

The study
A study conducted by the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire National Health Services Trust in the United Kingdom involved around 53 obese people who signed up for an intensive weight management program. Among the 53 people, half of them were taught mindful eating. They were taught strategies that helped them slow down and focus on their food – like chewing more slowly, tasting every bite and taking our proper time for their meals.

Result
The group of people who practised mindful eating lost around three times more weight than people did not practice mindful eating.

People who completed the course claimed that they became better at planning their meals, which is the key to stay healthy and lose those extra kilos.

Verdict
Eating a healthy diet and working out regularly is the only way to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable manner. Though trying some tricks and tips that do not hamper your healthy eating and workout plan is never a bad idea.
