Micromax has introduced an on-Spot Service Promise with Instant Repair or Replacement for its latest flagship – Canvas Unite 4 Plus. The Canvas Unite 4 Plus is one of the company’s most popular smartphone in its ‘Unite’ series. Micromax has increased its focus on product quality and service experience, which the company claims has led to a 25 per cent decline in service calls in the last one year.
The on-spot free service warranty and replacement guarantee are applicable six months from the date of purchase, following which regular repair costs will apply. The company claims to have extensively invested in smart training and skills improvement programs for its customer service team, which has led to more than 85 per cent of service requests being resolved within four days. The company has also been investing in over 800 service centres across 600 cities in India.
“We have always stressed on the importance of ensuring service quality and are confident of our progress in enhancing the customer service experience for our consumers. A recent survey by IMRB also shows that Micromax’s customer satisfaction levels have increased by 15 per cent over the last year. All this has given us the confidence to commit a superlative service experience to our consumers and what best way to start it with our new flagship smartphone- the Unite 4 Plus,” said Shubhajit Sen, Chief Marketing Office, Micromax.
Micromax launched the Canvas Unite 4 Plus smartphone on August 5. The phone comes loaded with the Indus 2.0 OS, which supports 12 regional languages. The all metal body phone also features a fingerprint sensor and is available at Rs 7,999 through offline retail channels.
