Professor Gautam Barua these days joined as Director of the Indian Institute of facts generation Guwahati (IIITG).
the former two-time (2003-thirteen) Director of Indian Institute of generation Guwahati (IIT-G) has been appointed by using the Board of the Institute for a five year time period, stated a launch of IIITG.

Prof Barua turned into the Mentor Director of IIITG since the Institute started here in August 2013 that conducts B. Tech programmes in computer technological know-how and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and conversation Engineering(ECE) and PhD programmes in CSE, ECE, Humanitites and arithmetic, the release said.
Prof Barua is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and his doctoral diploma is from the university of California, Santa Barbara usa.
