Black buck poaching case: Salman’s lawyers seeks videos of recorded statements

The defence in the case of alleged poaching of two black dollars by means of Bollywood actor Salman Khan in Kankani close to right here in October, 1998, has made a plea within the trial court to supply the cassette of the video recording of the statements of three eye-witnesses.

Salman Khan’s suggest H M Saraswat stated that there are some contradiction in the written statements and the video recorded statements of the three eye-witnesses Harish Dulani, Poonam Chand and Chhogara.
“With those recorded statements, we desired to expose in the court docket that there is a distinction in each the statements, which can be essential to show the innocence of Khan”, stated Saraswat.
