As much as one needs to prepare their skin and hair to look great before the festivities, all the styling and makeup can damage the same. To make sure you keep glowing, here are a few tips for you.

Skincare
Use a mix of gramflour, curd and rose water to remove the dead skin cells that have formed on your skin because of wearing makeup.
Beautician Nishi Mulchandani says, “If you have tanning, use a thick paste of grounded almond with a spoonful of milk every morning. You can repeat the same in the evening by adding a hint of lavender essential oil to it.”
Lime juice is an excellent way to treat skin that has been exposed to makeup and the harmful UV rays of the sun. You can also mix a teaspoon of honey along with this to keep your skin flawless.
Beauty professional Hina Shah says, “A cleanup is a must after the festivities. This will help restore the skin’s glow and will also ensure that your skin is well nourished. Also, remember to drink at least eight glasses of water on a daily basis so that your skin stays moisturised.”
