Timebound Justice is the only weapon for eradication of Judiciary Corruption. Judges are reluctant to dispose of the pending cases; they only play with such cases like a ball in the name of roster change or repeatedly long adjournments for the years to years. Even the cases of year 1996 still continue in the courts, which is responsible for these cases. It is the mockery on Judiciary system of our country. Our Prime Ministry Modi can improve the lethargic attitude of Judiciary System, but Judges do not want to bring accountability and transparency in the judiciary system as they think that they are the Lordship only, not the servant of public like all – president, prime minister, MP, MLA, IAS, etc. which is dangerous to the democracy of our country. Only judges are responsible for the huge backlog of pending cases. One case passes through a number of judges for the years; even then they do not dispose of the matter. Our Country needs to join hands to eradicate judiciary corruption and its attitude of being lordship, which they do not deserve. It is my personal experience I have faced the situation very drastically. Judges have snatched my justice which was given by Director of Education in 2004. In my case, since 2004, 74 dates were given by almost all judges of the Delhi High Court but they could not give me justice so far, only because the opposite party is powerful they do not want to get it disposed of as the matter is in my favour and judges are favouring them to prolong the matter by delaying tactics. If Judges wish to dispose of it, it would take 15 minutes to do so, but court dragged on the matter for almost 15 years. I am fed up with the judiciary system. I have lost faith in Judiciary System. Judges also need to be accountable for pending cases and give timely justice to the public as they also servant to the public. I have observed very closely that how judges favour the rich man and ignore the poor people by delaying in passing the order on the date. Now Judiciary Corruption is being accepted by even Chief Justice and Law Profession & former Judges. Also media is also highlighting this issue. Backlog of cases is being increased intentionally by the Court since when matter comes on the board for final disposal date is given to prolong the disposal. An urgent steps need to be taken to look into this as Judiciary Corruption has become a national debatable issue. Due to nepotism, favouritism and insensibility existing in our Judiciary System over years, I have personally seen this corruption since have been facing an irreparable losses i.e. torture, harassment & embarrassment being caused due to justice deliberately delayed by Delhi High Court Judges who are responsible for lingering on a civil matter of year 2004 Backlog and pendency of court cases are mainly because of insensibility, non-liability, lethargic and biased approach of judges towards disposal of cases. Therefore, the shortage of judges and infrastructure are only the excuses by the Judges and not the main problem. If our country is governed by biggest democratic parliament, then why judiciary is not accountable to it?
