It’s Indian detox time of the year – The Navratri. When it comes to a healthy diet, even experts believe that Indian diet is the best way to go. This is the food that we have grown up eating and, hence, naturally heals us. Therefore, Navratri is the right time to let go off your cravings and watch your health the Indian way. Here we have curated an easy diet plan for you, along with an exercise for the day. This way you will not need to worry how to go about this. Please remember to consume a minimum of two litres water every day.

Day 1

Day 1
 

Breakfast: Banana+ 1 glass of milk +Handful of dryfruits

Snack: Coconut water+ Makhanas+ 8-10 nuts

Lunch: Boiled aloo chat with blanched spinach leaves

Snack: Green tea+ sabudana chaat

Dinner: Paneer subzi+ kuttu ki roti

Exercise of the day: Walk ( 30 minutes)

Day 2

Day 2
 

Breakfast: Fruit bowl+ 1 glass of milk +Handful of dryfruits

Snack: Chaach with sendha (Rock) salt+ 8-10 nuts

Lunch: Sabudana Khichdi with peanuts and tomatoes

Snack: Green tea+ 2 bananas

Dinner: Aloo ki subzi+ singhade ki roti

Exercise of the day: Yoga for 45 minutes

Day 3

Day 3
 

Breakfast: Amaranth oats+ nuts+ grated coconut

Snack: Nimbu paani+ fruit bowl

Lunch: Samak rice khichdi with vegetables

Snack: Green tea+ aloo chaat

Dinner: Palak ki subzi+ kuttu aloo stuffed roti

Exercise of the day: Light jog for 20 minutes

Breakfast: 2 Banana+ 1 apple +1 orange+ 1 glass of milk

Snack: Makhanas+ 8-10 nuts+ coconut water

Lunch: Singhade ki roti+ paneer subzi

Snack: Green tea+ Sabudana chaat

Dinner: Kuttu pakoda kadhi+ sabudana khichdi

Exercise of the day: Dance for 30 minutes

Day 5

Breakfast: Milkshake- banana + soaked almonds

Snack: Green tea+ 2 apples

Lunch: Kuttu atta uttapam with mint chutney

Snack: Mint chaach

Dinner: Spinach and pumpkin soup

Exercise of the day: 4 minute tabata workout

Day 6

Day 6
 

Breakfast: Kuttu atta parantha+ mint chutney

Snack: Coconut water+ Makhanas+ 8-10 nuts

Lunch: Sabudana khichdi+ peanuts

Snack: Green tea+ 1 banana+ 1 apple

Dinner: 1 glass of warm milk+ handful of nuts

Exercise of the day: Stairs for 20 minutes

Day 7

Breakfast: Banana+ 1 glass of milk +Handful of dryfruits

Snack: Coconut water+ Makhanas+ 8-10 nuts

Lunch: Boiled aloo chat with blanched spinach leaves

Snack: Green tea+ sabudana chaat

Dinner: lauki subzi+ kuttu ke atta ki roti

Exercise of the day: Suryanamaskars- 12
